Artwork File Prep & Design Tips

Sharp apparel graphics start with clean files. Send us vector art in AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG when you can. If you only have a PNG or JPG, aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. Set colors to CMYK for print. Convert fonts to outlines so nothing shifts on our end. Keep key text at least a quarter inch clear of the cut edge. For iron-on transfers on dark garments, plan a white underprint under any light or metallic ink so the color pops on black cotton. Fine line art holds better at bolder stroke weights on stretchy fabric — build lines a hairline thicker than youd draw for a paper label. Care & Application Tips

Peel-and-stick clothing stickers apply best on a clean, dry hangtag, card, or poly mailer. Wipe the surface with a dry cloth first. Peel one corner, place it on the pack, and smooth from center to edge to push out air. For iron-on transfers, preheat the garment for a few seconds to drive out moisture. Place the film with the shiny liner up, cover with parchment paper, and press with a home iron on the cotton setting for 15 to 25 seconds. Let it cool fully before peeling the liner. For long life, wash the garment inside out in cold water and skip the dryer. Store spare transfer sheets flat and dry so the film does not curl.
