Sharp cosmetic labels start with clean files. Send us vector art in AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG when you can. If you only have a PNG or JPG, aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. Set colors to CMYK for print. Convert fonts to outlines so nothing shifts on our end. Keep key text at least a quarter inch clear of the cut edge. Print the FDA ingredient list at 1/16 inch minimum type height so it stays legal and legible. Set INCI names in a tight sans-serif with clean leading so the list does not overflow the panel. For clear polyester on amber glass or dark serums, mark areas that need a white underprint so your logo and ingredient text stay opaque. Care & Application Tips
