Our vinyl is heat-safe up to normal candle-jar warmth. It will not lift, curl, or bubble as the candle burns. Thin 3 mil vinyl also wraps clean on curved jars and tapered tins. That means no wrinkle lines across your art or brand name.

• High-tack cold-apply — grabs fast on curved glass, ceramic, and tapered tin without pre-warming. Best for holiday-market packs and brands that hand-apply in cool workshops.

Artwork File Prep & Design Tips

Sharp candle labels start with clean files. Send us vector art in AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG when you can. If you only have a PNG or JPG, aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. Set colors to CMYK for print. Convert fonts to outlines so nothing shifts on our end. Keep key text at least a quarter inch clear of the cut edge. Warm brand colors and hand-drawn scripts print rich on matte vinyl. Foil and metallic ink work best on bold, chunky type so the shine reads across the room. Print the burn-safety warning in fine print but keep it legible at arms length. For curved jars, hand us the jar height and diameter so we can shape the contour die-cut to wrap clean.

Care & Application Tips

Candle vinyl sticks best on a clean, dry jar. Wipe glass or tin with a lint-free cloth and a light pass of isopropyl alcohol first. Peel one corner, place it on the pack, and smooth from center to edge. That pushes out air and keeps the label flat. Let the sticker cure for 24 hours before the first burn so the adhesive fully bonds. Do not soak candle jars in water for the first day. For tapered jars, warm the sticker gently in your hands before applying so the vinyl relaxes and follows the curve. Store spare sticker sheets flat and dry so the backing does not curl.
